My name is Shelah Hargreaves.
I have been an Online Language Learning Consultant since 2015. Previously I worked in a large international company doing internal and external training. I specialize in teaching English to foreign learners ranging from beginner to advanced. I have all my certifications (Tesol,Tefl,Teyl) and have completed other various certifications for different teacher training. I find much pleasure in sharing interests and getting to know my students likes and ideas. I have the privilege of being part of my students future.
•Guide students in finding useful study methods to enhance academic performance.
•Research or recommend other learning materials to complement tutoring.
•Assist students to clarify and review concepts taught in class and solve specific problems.
•Utilize listening and questioning strategies to diagnose student needs and monitor progress.
•Assess student progress at each session, making recommendations that increase effectiveness of tutoring and lessons.
•Prepare tutoring by learning about key topics and planning out structured activities.
•Help students review and understand previous lessons to make connection with new lesson.
•Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage and motivate students.

hobby:I enjoy having conversations, taking walks, or cycling, writing journals, doing DIY projects, listening to music, meeting up with my friends and having family fun time.
